2. Eligibility

  1. MahaExam is intended for students preparing for scholarship examinations. Parents/guardians may register on behalf of minors.
  2. Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and payment.

3. Services

  1. MahaExam provides mock exams, performance analysis, admit cards, answer keys, trial sets and related services.
  2. The platform acts as a facilitator; it is not an official certifying authority for government or private scholarship exams.

4. Fees & Payments

  1. All payments are processed through third-party gateways. MahaExam does not store full card details.
  2. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in program-specific terms.

5. User Conduct

  1. Users must not engage in cheating, fraud, or unauthorized sharing of exam materials.
  2. Accounts and credentials must be kept secure; users are responsible for activity that occurs under their accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—questions, answers, reports, study material—is the intellectual property of Eduval Private Limited or its partners. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

MahaExam is provided for practice purposes. Eduval Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or third-party program outcomes.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The revised Terms will be published here with an effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City].
