Eligibility: A full refund is applicable if requested within 24 hours of payment for any package, provided the package services have not been utilized. “Utilized” includes any access, activation, test attempt, viewing of restricted content, consumption of proctoring/session time, download of paid materials, or use of administrative features included in the package.
Request Method: Send an email from the registered email ID to contact@eduval.in with the order ID, payment reference, and reason for refund.
Processing: Approved refunds are initiated to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Actual credit timing may vary by bank/payment processor.
Access Termination: Upon approval, all entitlements related to the refunded package will be revoked immediately to prevent further use.
2. Partial Refund (Change of Package within 24 hours)
Eligibility: A partial refund is applicable only if the request is made within 24 hours of payment and solely for a change of package. The differential amount is refundable if the newly selected package is priced lower than the originally paid package.
Not Applicable: No partial refund is issued if the new package price is equal to or higher than the originally paid package; standard upgrade billing applies.
Utilization Check: If any package services have already been utilized, the differential refund may be reduced or declined based on utilized components and non-recoverable gateway fees.
Process & Timing: Email the request to contact@eduval.in from the registered email ID with the order ID, payment reference, and details of the new package. Approved differentials are processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. General Conditions
Original Payment Method: All refunds (full or partial) will be made only to the original form of payment used at checkout.
Verification: Eduval Private Limited may verify eligibility using usage logs, access records, test attempt counts, and audit trails prior to approval.
Non-Refundable Items: One-time activation/implementation fees, custom services, printed or shipped materials (once dispatched), add-ons marked “non-refundable,” and payment gateway/forex fees are not refundable.
Operational Impact: Any refund approval immediately cancels related access and scheduled services tied to the refunded package.
